Blanco
Unaged. Steel-rested 60 days. Lime leaf, white pepper, wet stone — the estate, undressed.
N°01 — A CONTEMPORARY TEQUILA HOUSE
N°02 — THE OBJECT · SCROLL = ROTATION
Flint glass. Zero tint. A label set like a colophon.
Hand-finished lip. Light moves across, never through.
A straight spine, shoulder to punt. One hard light.
Lot number blind-embossed. Nothing else.

Unaged. Steel-rested 60 days. Lime leaf, white pepper, wet stone — the estate, undressed.
Seven months, French oak. Baked agave, honey, dry straw. Softer — never sweeter.
Eighteen months. Dried fig, cacao, leather. Amber in the glass, low light in the mouth.
Thirty-six months. Black cherry, espresso, smoked oak. 1,200 bottles. Then gone.
N°04 — ORIGIN · LOS ALTOS, JALISCO
Seven years in iron-rich soil. One estate. No shortcuts. Scroll through the land that makes the bottle possible.
The Highlands give Aguavida its high, floral lift — white pepper, lime leaf, wet stone.
We harvest only at full maturity, when the piña holds its sugars like a held breath. Everything after that is restraint.
N°05 — THE MAKING · AN INTERACTIVE DOCUMENTARY
One continuous timeline. The current stage steps forward; the last one recedes. The room changes colour as you go.
Blue agave, seven years in red earth. Sugar gathered slowly — haste would thin it.
Piñas cut by hand before heat. 22–35 kilos each; bitter tips removed, hearts kept.
72 hours in stone ovens. Starch turns to honey. Nothing caramelised, nothing burnt.
Open-air ferment on wild yeast, then double-distilled in copper pot stills.
Blanco in steel; the rest in used French oak — never new, never charred to mask.
Flint glass, hand cork, blind-embossed lot. Filled, sealed, numbered — then silence.
